Founded in 2019 by Supratik Roy and Sumontro Roy to make cutting edge content for theatrical distribution and for digital platforms. With Internationally acclaimed Director, Padma Shri Nila Madhab Panda, as Creative Consultant. Our last three films - Kadvi Hawa (2017), Halkaa (2018) and Yesterdays Past (2020) – were shortlisted for India’s Oscar Entries and Kadvi Hawa received Best Film at the National Film Awards 2018.

Skylight is currently co-producing a three-film slate for theatrical release and collaborating with digital platforms for web series across various subjects. Genres include sports action drama, taut thrillers, poignant slice-of-life tales, and a debate-stirring story about Religion and God in today's society, delivered within an entertaining heist-thriller.
